Meet Paul Marmorstein
Paul grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in a large, active, fun-loving family. He moved to Hollywood to pursue a successful music career under the stage name Paul Mars Black, earning two platinum albums, touring the world and eventually returning to college to earn a film composition degree at CSUN. Shortly after graduation he added licensed real estate agent to his list of accomplishments.
Several years ago when friends introduced him to the San Bernardino mountains, it reminded him of the gold rush country when he was raised. After finding the house of his dreams, Paul relocated to Lake Arrowhead and pursued his passion of helping others find their ideal vacation homes. His entertainment experience and love of meeting new people makes him the perfect agent to provide a unique personal home buying experience.
Paul is currently active in all regions of California and has developed a network of top agents all across the country which he works with to help his clients relocate or expand by investing in other markets.
Meet Anjeanette Stairs
After restoring a 1950’s Cape Cod home straight out of college, I discovered a passion for architecture, design, and the art of reinventing a space. That hands-on experience led me to a career in real estate, where I help clients find homes that inspire and transform their lives.
Originally from the East Coast, I’ve embraced the vibrant diversity of Southern California, living and working in neighborhoods from Los Angeles to Big Bear. My journey has given me a unique perspective on what makes each community special, and I love sharing that insight with my clients.
Beyond real estate, I’m deeply involved in animal rescue, which has helped me discover hidden gems in countless communities and forge friendships along the way. I also find inspiration and balance through yoga and aerial arts, bringing an open-minded, artistic approach to guiding you through buying or selling your home.
