After restoring a 1950s Cape Cod home straight out of college, I discovered a passion for architecture, design, and the art of transforming a space. I traded Venice Beach for the Mountain back in 1977, and I've never looked back. This is, hands down, the best place to live in any season, though summer holds a special place in my heart. There's nothing like a lake day up here. I know these communities inside and out, and I love helping people build a beautiful life surrounded by nature. - Paul is as very professional and organized real estate agent. He researched to develop a target price where the house will be sold. It works! Additionally in the one month it took to get the offer he held several open houses. He drummed up interest in the house and had five or so serious buyers resulting in three offers and a bidding war. He and the team then worked negotiating a fair deal weighing various options for us the sellers to think about. Paul is very enthusiastic and able to handle both buyers and sellers questions quickly. I am really. personally, happy he sold my house in the amount of time he did. People around the area I sold my house have not had the interest I got in this house. Besides taking the time needed to ensure a sale, I feel they went way above and beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor team. Between the seller's wishy-washy communication, demands for things that were in many ways just ridiculous, and complete flip-flopping of answers/responses within minutes, they helped us navigate a difficult sale that ended up with us in the house we wanted, a day earlier than expected.
